This is basically Touch 16 GB Apple iPhone without the disappointing aspects of this device - as the headphone jack built, the poor storage, the camera and crappy, err, phone bit. It is also thin - about one-third as thick as the iPhone.

Everything we love about the iPhone is still there. The big screen has a multi-touch interface, as a greased eel smoother.

It enables you by strip tracks, gawp on video and photo zoom pinch without practice or manual vote. Set next to an iPhone, the screen has a little bit closer and better contrast, too.

The Touch’s built-in Wi-Fi sets the iTunes store in your pocket. Now your tracks, the desire of the movement, then they inject into your player once docked have it back home. The Safari Web browser, you can view websites of Wi-Fi hotspots.

Apple’s iconic earphones remain cack but so am them safe in the knowledge that your replacement will fit into the headphone jack. Once this is done, sound quality is on a par with all other iPod.

If you are looking for a mid-capacity MP3 player, but no desire for such a road robbers charge nor upgrade sub motorization, the touch is an attractive prospect. Be warned, however: If you are logged in, used to Apple’s multi-touch surface, you will be spoiled for life. Nothing else will ever seem quite so inviting and inventive.
